Licensed in Psychology, with a master’s degree in Psychoanalysis and Cultural Theory, and training in systemic therapy, brief therapy, and art therapy.

During my more than 12 years of therapeutic experience, I have practiced as a therapist for adults, adolescents, and vulnerable minors. I have served as a university lecturer in both undergraduate and postgraduate Psychology programs. I have participated as a researcher in the effects of Esketamine on treatment-resistant depression. I have experience as an organizer of therapeutic groups for vulnerable communities in Barcelona, where I have been able to apply my training in Art Therapy. Currently, I collaborate with a European mental health organization that offers therapy in English and other languages to citizens across the continent.

My interest in people is rooted in the potential that can emerge when facing personal and emotional challenges. I believe it is essential to offer a warm and safe space where individuals feel accepted and can express themselves freely. Each person is unique, and my knowledge allows me to adapt to each need, providing personalized care in every session.
