Psychotherapy team
We are Gastón Auguste, Ángel Corbacho and Arnau Rull, psychologists working from an integrative approach that brings together systemic-family, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural perspectives.
We work from a feminist and intersectional perspective, with close attention to how gender, sexual orientation and other dimensions of identity shape people’s lives. We value diversity and understand psychotherapy as a space of respect, attentive listening and care.
Our work is grounded in up-to-date scientific evidence and in a broad understanding of human complexity. We believe that psychological distress cannot be separated from personal history, relationships, social context and living conditions. This is why we take an interdisciplinary approach and, when needed, work in coordination with other professionals and with community and healthcare services, including psychiatry, addiction services, social care professionals and specialised community organisations. We also remain in dialogue with fields such as anthropology and sociology, which help us better understand the cultural and social factors that shape subjective experience.
We also incorporate artistic resources and artificial intelligence tools, adapting each therapeutic process to the specific needs of each person.
We offer therapeutic support aimed at helping you explore what concerns you, better understand your ways of feeling, thinking and relating, and develop tools to face life’s challenges with greater clarity and support. Our goal is to accompany you in a process of care, transformation, and greater mental health and emotional wellbeing.
